Can we preview eSSential LMS before we buy it?

Absolutely! We highly recommend that we discuss your needs and then perform a free demonstration of our LMS platform so you can see for yourself how easy it is to understand and navigate as a user as well as an administrator.

What Does it Cost?

Each business is unique in their operations, budget and challenges. As such, we prefer to tailor and build a quote that is specific to those unique needs.

Pricing is based on a number of factors:

  • How many learners will be accessing your system?
  • Will you need active user licenses, registration licenses, an enterprise license, a unique combination or something else?
  • Will you be training your internal employees, an extended enterprise (B2B or B2C groups) or a combination of the two?
  • Does the LMS need to integrate with any other systems you use?
  • Will you be needing data migration services?
  • Do you need training content from one of our partner vendors?
  • Are there any possible custom course development needs you might have?

Can I create elearning content with the eSSential LMS?

Yes. Every new eSSential LMS client receives the dominKnow Platform’s Claro and Flow authoring software with no additional license fee. dominKnow is seamlessly integrated with the eSSential LMS allowing you to streamline your eLearning authoring effort. Collaborate effectively with your team to create your eLearning content and deliver it to any device then track the results all through the eSSential LMS.

In addition to the dominKnow Platform authoring software, eSSential LMS clients that will be able to choose between on of our three eLearning course bundles: Standard, Plus, and Premium.

What if I already have content?

No problem at all! Whether you have PowerPoint presentations or Word documents, videos, and/or SCORM, AICC, TinCan (xAPI) courses, the eSSential LMS can easily upload any and all right into the system.

What type of content can be delivered and tracked by eSSential LMS?

The eSSential LMS is SCORM-certified and can effectively deliver and track AICC, SCORM content (either SCORM 2004 or 1.2), and Tin Can/xAPI content.

Do you offer off-the-shelf content?

Yes. With our eSSential LMS bundles, the system comes ready-to-go with 46 to over 4,000 eLearning courses. These courses cover a wide range of topics from soft skill development to required HR compliance training. There are also a number of different formats to choose from – full-length eLearning courses, bite-sized modules and mobile-friendly videos, just to name a few.

What systems can eSSential LMS integrate with?

Through the eSSential web service API, clients can integrate the eSSential platform into a variety of applications and/or their corporate portal. It enables the client the ability to both insert and extract data from the application. It can also allow clients to build a web application around the LMS for a more complete integration with data pushes and pulls set to run at a designated interval or in real time.

eSSential LMS can integrate with systems such as: 

  • HRIS, Payroll, Active Directory, CRM, Web Portal, etc.
  • Single Sign On (SSO) and support (Okta, OneLogin, ADFS, Custom Token)
  • And offers out-of-the-box integrations with Webex and GoTo products

During the implementation process, our team works side by side with your IT resources during the Data Migration & Integration phases. We review the available web service interfaces with your team to determine which are appropriate for your business needs. Once the scope has been finalized, we provide guidance as your IT resources build the extract program(s).

We work with your team to test the file logic by running sample imports into your staging environment. Our testing approach ensures the data transfer is consistent and correct before you start to load to the production application. Our experience with guiding clients through this process makes this transition process easy.

No matter what kind of implementation experience you may have had in the past, we here at eLogic want to make sure you know exactly what to expect from
the moment you’ve sign on the dotted line to the point where you are in the LMS and running your training programs.

Rest assured that eLogic’s implementation process has been battle-tested for almost 20 years to ensure your LMS is delivered on-time and on-budget. Implementation can be achieved in just six weeks- or less- for most clients depending on your scope and the availability of your resources.

Does eSSential LMS have extended enterprise capabilities?

Yes! No matter if you’re a franchise organization with many franchisees, a company with multiple vendors and partners, or something else entirely…eSSential LMS can handle your extended enterprise needs.

With eSSential, you can create a unique LMS portal for each audience (customers, partners, employees, etc.), while managing everything from within one system. Each portal can be uniquely branded for that particular group or you can utilize the same look and feel across every portal.

Reports can be run at a system-wide level, or down to the user level in each portal. You can give managers (or any user) at the vendor and partner level access to run their own reports as well.

Can I sell my training using eSSential LMS?

You most definitely can! With our built-in eCommerce system, you can turn the LMS into your very own profit center. Sell eLearning courses, instructor-led training, certification programs, and even physical products.

External search catalogs allow guests to browse the catalog without the need for a user account (accounts are created during the checkout process). Users can browse training through the catalog search feature modeled after leading eCommerce sites like Amazon. There is also an “Additional Items of Interest” feature that shows similar items to those a user has placed in their cart.

There is a powerful pricing engine that allows different prices for the same item to different customer segments, multiple payment methods, and coupon management with a number of coupon options.

Can you support an organization of any size?

At eLogic Learning, there’s a lot that goes into ensuring our clients achieve the highest level of success. It all starts with making sure their business and training needs are a good fit our products and services. Because while we would love to be a good fit for everyone, sometimes we just aren’t.

We love us some SMBs, but we found our sweet spot to be mid-size up to enterprise-level businesses. At these levels, clients tend to have training and development teams that can take full advantage of our feature-rich system and all its functionality. SMBs just may not be able to dedicate the time and resources to truly get the most out of our LMS. However, occasionally we do find an SMB client with complex business needs that can benefit from our LMS.
