LMS NOTIFICATIONS KEY FEATURES
CONFIGURABLE NOTIFICATION TRIGGERS
- Select from over 30 different automated triggers for sending notifications to your users
- Triggers range from a notification sent when a user registers for training to reminders for certifications that are about to expire
- Turn notifications on or off for each trigger point
- Choose notifications at the curriculum level (for each course, training event, learning path, and library item)
- Flexibility to have a completion notification for one eLearning course but not sent for a different course
NOTIFICATIONS DISPLAY IN THE LMS
- Users have access to important notifications within the LMS
- This is critical for users without email addresses on their user profile
TEXT, EMAIL & CALENDAR NOTIFICATIONS
- Notify users of new training or important updates via Email
- Send Text (SMS) notifications for immediate updates
- Integrate notifications with a user’s calendar for instructor-led training events
NOTIFY TRAINING MANAGERS OF EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY
- Option to copy managers and administrators on messages sent from the application.
- Choose to include an organization manager, geographical manager, curriculum manager and/or an instructor on the message being sent to the end user
- Certifications about to expire, failing a course, successfully completing a course or missing a deadline are just a few examples of situations a manager would need to receive notifications at the same time as the end user
