TRACK COMPLIANCE & COMPETENCY

  • Define hours for completion and Continuing Education credit for accredited competencies
  • Automatically award certification upon successful completion of learning path

MAKE CURRICULA REQUIRED OR OPTIONAL

  • Define required curricula within learning path along with optional elective curricula
  • When a user registers for a learning path, they register for all the curricula in the learning path in one step
  • The system automatically tracks their progress toward completing the learning path

SET DEADLINES

  • Establish deadlines for learning path completion
  • See which employees are approaching the deadline and determine if further action is needed
